- I've been watching Boston Public, from the beginning. I downloaded it all, and oh man, it's great. Reminds me of Mrs. Poulin in high school
- Still jobless. Interview tomorrow, and I had one before, but yeah... getting desperate.
- i went to freedomize tonight and saw todd cantelon. it's been a long time... he called us toronto hipsters
- i like school supplies.
- i'll be camping three times this summer
- i heard a really good pirate story today. This little kid, he's two, and his mom put some pirate pyjamas on him at night, and in the morning he started screaming, and his mom said that he was afraid of the pyjamas.
- we're having a fondue party here on friday. it should be fun.
- i've been playing nintendo in my spare time. i have plenty of spare time, so yeah... i should probably be more productive with this time, but it's hard to be motivated.
- i need some dinner soon.
- Lisa the knitter, and I, will probably be hanging out tomorrow. We'll probably do some guest spots on each other's blogs. just for fun.
- the bathroom is kinda dirty. i should clean it.
- this episode of boston public has whitney houston in it. It's the season finale for season 3. i love this episode.
- another good show is called The IT crowd. here's one of my favorite clips from it.

yes. it's true.
i only seem to shoot with prime lenses. perhaps i'm tricky like that.
also i called my grandma today. i've been busy and haven't sent her any postcards lately. i miss her.
oh, and i'm glad i'm not living in the basement portion of the building, as there was a robbery. someone stole all the laptops and ipods in their apartment. sucks.

i've just about finished a tub of ben and jerry's. groaaaaaan.
rain... there is plenty. yes.
this weekend should be good. laundry, and... that's probably it.maybe some nice weather. oh, and i think i'm getting a new lens tomorrow, as i'm helping shoot a wedding next weekend.

off to work. love being a nanny with a baby. there's nothing like tickling a chubby tummy and making him laugh.
when he does something bad (throws his bottle on the floor or whatever), he claps! to show that he knows he has done something bad and he likes it. smart kid!

yes, i'm still alive. i had my birthday, and i still need to email lisa *b*eef back.
i'm a nanny. i don't know if i ever posted that i got the job. i love it. certain parts are tricky, and i come home crying. it's kinda sad sometimes. but i'm doing a really cool mother's day present with the kids, although I have to think of something for my own mom...

- went to the zoo with eric today, andrea drove us and came with! it was great! eric has some sort of magic touch, where the animals will come closer when he calls them. weird, but made for some great picture opportunities.
- also had beaver tails! a canadian treat i believe... or maybe just an ontario thing, but very very good
- and tonight we'll go to the raptors game!
oh, things have happened in the past month as well.
- got the iphone
- new roommate coming in!
- eric's friends coming over for the night (from BC, eric was supposed to come too)
- gave my two week's notice at blacks!
- interviewed for a nannying job
- ate an entire tub of frosting (i was weak... )
- did other things randomly
it's been really nice to visit with my brother. i sure like having him around.

i worked today. but that usually happens everyday.
i've been meaning to do laundry for the past couple days, and i keep putting it off, every single day. it's getting bad.
today i swear, i think my roommate heard my alarm go off, and then ran to the bathroom, so she could use the shower before me. I didn't get to dry my hair, because she took like half an hour. I really didn't plan for that.

i'm now on twitter. not sure if i like it. or if i don't. i'll use it until i get confused or mad at/with it.
i just figured out that the stupid song at work is called 'poker face' by lady gaga. i thought it was a song from the 70s or 80s or something. catchy, but annoying when you hear it four times a day.

i'm listening to some incubus, i forgot how much i love them...
i only had to work half of the day (because i had to go to the dentist on wednesday, and couldn't take the whole day off). and so i watched this movie called 'once'... it was kinda slow and musical, but really pleasant. i also painted while i watched/listened to it.
i kinda talked to my brother for a bit, he mentioned something about tacquitos. i sure miss him.
my raccoon friend (the one who was spying on me as i was peeing) came back to visit. he was sitting around on the porch, so i gave him a cookie, but he didn't eat it. so i gave him some smoked salmon, but he didn't eat that either. and when i pushed it off the ledge, he got scared and left. but he sat around there for the longest time just staring at me. i took some pictures of him... and he didn't mind. my raccoony friend. i kept looking to see if he would come back, but he didn't. i miss him already.
i have some more frames to put pictures in (if the glass breaks, i can take them home as they've been written off)... so i need to print off some 8 x10 pics... i'm thinking of doing a black and white wall in the living room (it would really compliment the crazy ass junk wall)

i was singing in the shower yesterday. i rarely do that.
i should get my taxes done soon. that means gathering everything. yuck
my room was once clean, then it wasn't. i should do something about that. good idea?
we have this mexican guy named hugo at work, and oh man... he's like a little mexican brother. funny guy. never on time, but he's a funny guy.
nothing much else to post.
well, i'm going to a babyshower on saturday, and that's exciting.
at work, my job has been to go through the old photofinishing, like the stuff that hasn't been picked up for a couple years. it's a big job. like serious big, but i've been able to convince people to come and get their shit. so yeah, i'm doing rather great with all this.
i think that's about all i can muster.

Good news. That lump in my breast? well, it's nothing to be concerned about. Huge relief for me.
LOST is getting weirder and weirder.
i work the closing shift tonight, so i don't have to go in until 1pm. it's always weird, because i never do anything with my time.
i went to the dentist yesterday. my mouth was rather numb. even the side of my nose was numb. i was getting concerned about it, but then 2 hours later i ate something, and it was fine... although the fillings started to hurt, but apparently that's normal.
i have to leave in about an hour, so i should probably have a shower and get dressed.

i spent time with my two pregnant friends today. i love pregnancy in all forms. i got to feel their babies move inside of them. so much beauty in this. lots of belly photos.

I have tomorrow off, and sallyanne is puppy watching a great dane! i am sooo excited about this. i want to see it now!!! I'll take like a million photos, and have about a million cuddles.
I am kind of bored. I was thinking about prethreading some needles with thread, so that the next time I needed to sew something, it would be ready, but i don't think I'm that bored.
I got zapped by a disposable camera (we call them SUC at work, single use cameras), apparently it can really hurt you. I heard that you can get zapped, but i think it would be like a static electricity kind of thing. It's not. It's an electric shock. and it hurts/scares you.

i haven't blogged in this for over a month. I'm sorry if you're disappointed.
i've been rather down. and it has been hard to work myself out of that funk. it's tough.
today i had the day off, so i went and hung out with leah, her cats have a blog that i enjoy, and i asked to come over and meet the rascals for myself. I took fun photos of them.
i then walked back home through christie pits, then along bloor taking random photos, because it wasn't so cold/gloomy. It was kinda cold, but it was the first day that i haven't worn my super warm parka this year.
i also had a nap today. then esther and adrienne and i were supposed to do something, but they kept changing their minds, and decided to do nothing afterall, which mad me mad. so now i don't really have any plans when we should have been out and doing something by now. we're supposed to watch the sound of music in 6 minutes, but we can't find it, so i don't think it's going to happen. and the sun has now set.
i miss my mom. sometimes i think i should go back and live with her for awhile, but i don't think it would solve anything, but it would just make me feel better. maybe i'll call her now.
